The new Tiguan is trying heads. Ours, included. However they added a more powerful version of its turbo engine. Is this the SUV you want from Volkswagen?

How do you twist the plot for one of your top selling vehicles fighting in the most competitive segment int the market?

It happened like this: Things got a serious boost from the vastly improved Volkswagen Tiguan. Just when the 2025 models started arriving into showrooms, Volkswagen introduced a more powerful SEL R-Line Turbo version. This raised the performance of the EA888 2.0-liter turbocharged engine from 201 horsepower to 268.
