Our sponsorship enabled us to set up space for a tent and a featured vehicle. We are finalizing those details as we speak. I believe you will love what we will activate for the V&R Lounge.
Think about how we have been trying to achieve a sustainable lifestyle free of overconsumption of resources. To live with eating healthier foods produced without chemicals and consume goods that are made of more natural and organic materials.
Sounds audacious – just like the past ten years of this website. Seriously, this is a story that combined the imagination and an assignment for one of my college courses.
Perhaps a history lesson is in order to understand what is behind this blog’s title. Maybe there's a need for context here that would be helpful to you as a reader, contact or casual observer.
The mythology of Reseda is not just rooted in the fact that I grew up there and spent most of my life in this San Fernando Valley suburb. It is grounded in reality in more than a few ways. Reseda used to house several auto dealers: Dodge, Chrysler-Plymouth, Honda, Volkswagen, American Motors, Jeep, Renault, Ford, Chevrolet and Buick. Further up Reseda Boulevard was a Cadillac one. It was through these dealers that I learned about the industry I have been covering professionally over the past ten years.
With the celebration of Victory & Reseda's 10th anniversary of producing authentic and informative automotive content for consumers and enthusiasts alike, it is a great way to delve into something that has become an annual celebration for the publication. The coveted Victory & Reseda Vehicle of the Year Award, #VOTY. An award that has predated V&R's formation and has developed its standing within the field of automotive industry awards.

In this case, I have to go back to the oldest story on the site. It was a look at the 2011 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. I was not at the show, but it would help frame future remote auto show coverage of those that I did not attend.
Before this website became Victory & Reseda, I was trying to blog about everything. Not just automobiles. I tried to write about what interested me. What engaged my curiosity. What tripped my intellect. You get the idea.
